·         Gentle Exercise program designed specifically for you.

As with all of Hopewood packages, the 5 night Cleanse and Detox Package also includes:

• Fully serviced accommodation
• Delicious smorgasbord vegetarian meals, fresh fruit, herbal teas and fruit juices
• Stress management, healthy weight, healthy lifestyle and nutrition workshops
• Relaxation techniques
• Tai Chi, yoga, low impact exercise and circuit classes, aqua aerobics and guided walks
