Children

If you are over the age of 16 years you are welcome to participate in our programs. Hopewood does not have the facilities for, or recommend our program for children under 16 years.

Packages

Payment:

• A deposit of two nights’ accommodation is required when making your booking.
• 10% discount is available Monday to Thursday.
• A minimum five nights’ notice of cancellation is required for your deposit to be refunded or transferred.
• Please note: Packages are discounted. Package inclusions and number of days included in the package cannot be changed after arrival. Early departure or change increases the rate per night.
• After your arrival 48 hours notice is required if you decide to vacate your room earlier than the departure date. Otherwise a 2 night charge will be incurred in addition to package conditions.
• If staying longer than seven days progress payments to accounts need to be made weekly. Settlement of final accounts is required before departure.
• All prices include GST.

Day Visits

Payment:

• All day visits must be booked in advance with payment in full required at time of booking.
• A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
• All prices include GST.

Day Spa

Payment:

• All Day Spa therapies must be booked in advance with payment in full required at time of booking.
• A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
• All prices include GST.
